Hello, I’m Sandy!
I’m passionate about women’s health, emotional wellbeing, and supporting women through the transitions of perimenopause and menopause. My interest in this work grew from my own experience: trying to navigate the healthcare system, asking for hormone testing, exploring HRT, and feeling dismissed, confused, and even ashamed when I spoke openly about what I was going through. No woman should feel that way.
After 17 years working in television, I shifted into the mental health field, supporting clients with anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. I’m certified in Life and Recovery Coaching through IAPRC. I thrive in both individual and group settings and lead with compassion, curiosity, and deep listening.
As a practicing Buddhist and longtime meditator, I bring presence, warmth, and non judgment to the work I do. My goal is simple: to create a safe, supportive space for women to feel understood, validated, and empowered as they navigate midlife, hormones, identity shifts, and emotional change.
